Measures 3 1/2" tall, 4 inches across the bowl from front to back and 6 1/2" across from handle tip to handle tip.
There are still questions as to just which piece this is. It is shown as a Footed Sugar in The Collector's Encyclopedia of Depression Glass 17th Edition by Gene & Cathy Florence on pg. 89. But Tim Scmidt, Author of Central Glass Works, The Depression Era thinks this more shallow dish is most likely a Master Salt as it is a different shape than other known sugars in this pattern. The comparison with a known sugar is shown in the bottom photo.
