Per owner, Mike Horine in the discussion thread:
"The base color is pink. The green areas are the backing of the painted-on materials on the other side of the vase. Don't know if it's one of a kind."
Janice Feehan has a catalog from Fireside Gifts 1930 showing the Modernistic candy dish (green frosted) and candleholders (green frosted on a crystal base). They are being sold as glass to be enameled by home craftsmen. They show designs close to this Modernistic Vase, so it's possible that is what this is.
.
The catalog states "You may vary them as conditions in your territory, and your own judgement warrants."
Also in the catalog is: Cambridge keyhole bonbon and Decagon ice bucket in blue for decoration;
Cambridge keyhole dish in pink; Cambridge candy dish with rose on the lid, pink with green; New Martinsville Amber cologne bottle; A bridge tea set, 4 plates, 4 cups and saucers, cream & sugar and a CHS in pink sold as a set without a design as enamel doesn't stand up well to repeated washings. Manufacturer of this last set has not been determined.
