Threaded optic pattern. The plate is 7-1/2 in. diameter from Line 157 blank.

The "Byzantine" spelling is from McKee Glass Co. Catalogue S-30, page 39, which was reproduced in the WVMAG monograph.

Kemple called this pattern "Banzantine" ("Kemple Glass", page 71.)
