This water tumbler is 4-7/8 in. tall. The Hocking Banded Spiral tumbler, from the late 1920s, is a Hard-to-find item. It is sometimes confused with the Anchor Hocking Jubilee tumbler, which is considered 40s, 50s, and 60s glass and is quite common. Here is a comparison of the Banded Spiral and Jubilee tumblers.
