Measures 9.75" tall which indicates that this is the New Martinsville version. Cambridge had a very similar decanter in two sizes.
Advertisements mention that New Martinsville made theirs in green with red and blue decorations. It was sold with a shot glass "hat" or cover. This decanter was advertised as "making a sobbing, gurgling noise that always provokes comment" when pouring.
