The design is very similar to New Martinsville # 36 and "Oscar" features. The shakers are shown on p. 81 in New Martinsville Glass Manufacturing Company book by Peter Lehman. He points out the similarity of the 3 small bumps on the sides of the shaker foot to the bumps along the side of Oscar plates.
