The maker is undocumented, but Wm. A. Reaper owned the Monroe Glass Company in Monroe, Michigan according to an article in the Detroit Free Press on May 28, 1909.
It measures 10-1/4" tall including the lid, 6-1/8" tall without the lid, and 5" wide.
