Candlestick is 3 1/2" high and not that the Crackle pattern is underneath and not visible on the opaque color. It does show on the transparent colors; known in Green, Amber, Crystal and possibly other colors of the period.

Per Tom Felt in his book L.E. Smith Glass Company, the First One Hundred Years- this pattern is also known as "Ellen".
