Consolidated #3096 Dancing Nymph
Consolidated #3096 Dancing Nymph |
Frosted (satin) 8-in plate and cup and saucer.
Top: The 8-in. plate, designed by Kenneth Haley and introduced in 1926 as part of the Martele line, led to the development of the Dancing Nymph luncheon set produced 1928-1963. During 1932-1934, when Consolidated was closed down, molds for this pattern were moved to Phoenix by Kenneth Haley and became part of the Reuben line at Phoenix. When Consolidated reopened, it got its molds back. See Jack Wilson, Phoenix and Consolidated Art Glass, 1926-1980, 1989.
