Diamond Victory Handled Liner Plate

Tray is 7 inches without handles and 9 inches with handles. It is the liner or underplate for the Mayonnaise set. Black is one of the more unusual colors, but it was also made in Pink, Green, Amethyst, and Amber. Production was from 1929-1931.
