The rim is ruffled, but they are both about 3" high to the lowest part of the rim. No markings on the bottom. The rim treatment of three bumps and a scoop looks just like Mount Vernon #86 as shown in the 1940 catalog. The Miami Valley Study Group of Cambridge Glassware confirmed an ID of #86 for this set.
