5 1/4" tall. The glass looks to be very good quality, nice clarity.
This candlestick or a similar one was being sold by TJMaxx and was labeled Portugal.
Alternatively, according to Tom Felt, it may have been "made by both the New Martinsville Glass Mfg. Co. and the Paden City Glass Mfg. Co. (There is a remote possibility that both companies shared a single mold, though that has not been confirmed.) To complicate matters further, Cambridge and Central also made almost identical candlesticks, but with a different shape to the top rim. I'm pretty sure from the photograph however that yours is either NM or PC."
