Fostoria #6017 Sceptre Goblet
The pictured goblet has a crystal stem and azure bowl. It's also found with a gold tint bowl and the following etches:
Lido, Lenox, Shirley, Romance, and Ripple.
Rock Crystal Cuttings Beacon and Bridal Shower, Raynel, Laurel, Lucerne, Drape, and Cynthia were also used.

Gold banding on the foot and rim is called the Simplicty pattern

Lido is the only etch which is found in colored glass on this stem.
