Tiffin/Maxwell Twilight Controlled Bubble Whimsey Cat. It carries a Tiffin label, but also has a Maxwell signature so it was blown after the plant closed. Several Tiffin blowers worked for Maxwell after the plant closed in the early 1980s. Tiffin workers used to blow whimsies once a month for sale in the Plant's outlet & this practice went on for many years. The cat measures 4" in height & 2 1/2" diameter. l
