Fry line #19814 CHS -- wide loop handle. Tray is 11" across and the handle is 5" tall from the surface of the plate. It has a ring at the bottom of the stem with a slightly raised collar. Reference is "Great American Glass of The Roaring 20s & Depression Era," book 1, page 80, middle row.
This handle is larger and wider through the middle than other wide loop triangle handles.
