Emerald green CHS is 11" across, the handle is 4 1/2" tall from the surface of the collar. The handle is three tapered lobes or plumes on a graduated stem. It has an immediate ring at the bottom of the stem. Reference is "Encyclopedia of Paden City Glass" by Carrie and Jerry Domitz, page 311-312. The tray is listed but not shown. The same handle was used on the #900 tray as well. That tray has a plain, round plate rather than the scalloped one shown here.
