CHS is 11 1/2" across, the handle is 3 1/2" tall from the surface of the plate. The handle is octagonal shape with short pressed lines surrounding the outside of the octagon. Dots and lines are pressed into the plate on the bottom of the server. This tray has an unknown cutting around 1 1/2" border. Reference is "Great American Glass of The Roaring 20s & Depression Era, book 1" by Measell and Wiggins, page 120. It is listed but not shown in Encyclopedia of Paden City Glass, by Carrie and Jerry Domitz on page 216. (They list the size as 10" which is not correct for my server.)
