New Martinsville Nautilus Bookend
From a post by Norman Ketchie:"New Martinsville Glass, 1900-1944 by James Measell mentions on page 212 that the molds for this and some other bookends were made by Weil Ceramic Co. and that New Martinsville acquired them about September 1940. This one was originally called "Shell Vase Bookend" and later Nautilus Bookend. The base is 5 3/8" by 2 5/8". The shell is 6" long by 5 5/8" wide."
