Heavy, thickened base, creamer is slightly taller and narrower, handle looks like an Elf's ear. Luckily, the McKee version has a specific ribbing on the handle that makes #10 easy to identify.
The interesting thing about this cutting is the full cutting is only on one side of the pieces, on the other side is a single branch with no flower.
