Sandwich tray from the 1930s. Plate 11 1/2".
Collar 2 7/8".
Handle 2 5/8" by 5 1/2".
Foot 4 1/8".

Curlicues on the base, top and sides of the vee or diamond shaped handle. Standard and Lancaster also used this style of handle.
