The glass quality is fairly clear with some dark spot/inclusions that almost look like very dark green. It glows a yellow/chartreuse with a black light, and the glass is a good 1/8" thick. Measures 7 3/4" wide (handle base to base) or 8 1/2" (handle top to top) - 3" tall at handle base - 5 1/2" diameter base.
Bob Carlson has written two articles, in the Glass and Pottery Collector's magazine on Liberty Works using the backing of advertisements, He has assigned a couple more pattern names, one of which is "Notched Square". Since that name has been assigned to the square pattern, it make sense to leave "Truman" for Liberty's scalloped octagon paneled pattern.
Very similar to Imperial's #760 Square pattern which did not include bowls. The handles are Liberty.
