This is Fenton's Silvertone Etch on a #1663 Tulip Bowl. The etch was made from 1937-1938. Most Silvertone was done on crystal, but some pieces in the Sheffield line can be found in blue or gold with this etch.
Note - Fenton also made a pressed pattern called Silvertone.
