Duncan & Miller # 908 Creamer & Sugar
This blank is shown on pg. 136 of The Encyclopedia of Duncan Glass by Gail Krause.

The decorated pieces are shown on this Fort Dearborn 1930 catalog page for Sterling Glass decorating company: https://chataboutdg.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=18247

The decoration and cutting are different on the two pieces with the cutting on the creamer appearing to be a match for Westmoreland's Fort Dearborn #229 Cutting and amber stain. The cut on the sugar has elements of this pattern, but is not an exact match. Chas West Wilson states that it is documented that in a few instances during the 1930's Westmoreland decorated glass made by other companies. The decoration is still open to debate.
