Westmoreland #1801 Plate w/ Unknown Silver Etch

Clear glass plate with a fired/baked on black color on the back with a raised silver floral overlay medallion pattern on the front. Measures 8 3/4" in diameter.

The floral brocade type etch is unknown and found on various Westmoreland items.
