Possibly Kemple or McKee Old Sandwich, but each has differences with this set. If these are McKee, the pattern is the one that was reissued in milk glass in 1957 as Plymouth Thumbprint, and the differences might be due to changes in the mold. See 1957 McKee Milk Glass Catalog.
Replacements.com shows a Kemple Old Sandwich stem that is also close, but appears to be heavier glass.
