This design is reminiscent of 'King's Crown' with it's row of thumbprints. This is the 9: footed shallow bowl. Punty Band is pattern #1220, and was introduced in 1897. A few pieces remained in production in 1909, when it was officially discontinued.
Pieces can be found both marked and unmarked. This piece has the large size "Diamond H".
