Duncan & Miller # 83 Tavern
Shown are creamer, sugar, spooner, butter cover. The butter plate and cover are a marriage; note the round edge of the cover and the octagonal ridge for the cover on the plate.

This is the 16 oz sugar and the 10 oz creamer. Both the sugar and creamer stand 3-1/2 inches (creamer is measured to the lowest point on the rim). The spooner stands 4" tall. The butter stands 5" to the top of the knob but it is sitting on a marriage base that clearly doesn't belong. The indentation inside the butter bottom is for an 8 sided lid and this lid is round.

The butter has a 14 panel optic on the inside while the other pieces have a 12 panel optic. The sugar, creamer and spooner all have a star / medallion in the base.

The tiny horizontal bands on these pieces are part of the actual mold. They were not put on after the fact like an etching. The color over the horizontal bands is a green satin with gold paint.
