L.E. Smith "Sleeping Mexican" Lamp
Glass lamp is 13 inches tall. It shows a Mexican peasant with a large sombrero. The glass is flashed color over frosted crystal.

The shade on this lamp is Houze Glass.

Tom Felt thinks it is probably Smith but has not found any documentation to back it up.

5/1/23 Update- the Monograph #108 - "L.E. Smith Glass Lighting" shows this lamp on page37 and dates it to 1938. Thanks to Ken Nicol for the information.
