There are six facets on the stem and wafer/disk below the bowl. The stem is a really bright green. According to Jay George, three companies made this type of stem: Maryland Glass Co., Potomac, and Sloan. Since the color does not match Sloan's, the ID is based on the difference between attachment of foot to stem. On Potomac foot and stem are a single molded piece as here. Maryland has an applied foot.
