Milk glass vase is 12.25 in. tall and mouth is 4 in. wide. Per Tom Felt, the vase made from McKee's Jubilee vase (also known as Fan & Zipper). It was made by Smith in milk glass from 1961-1965, in crystal from 1961-1965 and again from 1981-1983, and in amethyst carnival in 1982.
