These pieces were part of a centerpiece comprised of these four troughs and four candleholders that fit the four spaces between the troughs. With all eight pieces in place, the centerpiece measured 22 in. long. The centerpiece was shown in a 1952 Sears catalog. See Felt & Stoer, "Glass Candlestick Book 3," page 175.
