Candlestick is 4 7/8 inches tall with a 4 1/2 inch flat base.
The Rock Crystal pattern was produced over a span of several years. Candlesticks with a flat base like the one pictured above were the olderst form for the duo candlestick. According to Tom Felt and Rich Stoer in their book, "The Glass Candlestick Book, Volume 3" the base was changed to a domed form around 1920.
