Candlestick is 8 1/4" H with a 4 1/4" hexagonal base. It was produced from 1902-1928.
According to "The Glass Candlestick Book Volume 2" by Tom Felt and Elaine and Rich Stoer this candlestick is found with the D56 cutting on it. The candlestick shown in the book is plain. This may be the D56 cutting referred to in that book.
