Westmoreland #1057 Candleholder
1 5/8" tall with a 3 5/8" base. Many companies made similar candlesticks but the measurements match Westmoreland's and the color appears to be their amber. The possibility it could be U.S. Glass exists.

From the discussion of 5/23/2009:
"Each of the possibilities Rich Stoer mentioned had about 1/8" difference from Ken's measurements either in height or diameter/width. Since the view is so unobstructed when you're out on a limb, I'd say it's between U.S.Glass and Westmoreland. USG has a canary yellow (Ken's yellow looks a little darker), Wmoreland has either topaz or amber. (The amber is tempting.) No Fenton color I could find matched Ken's.
Ken's is 1-5/8" tall x 3-5/8" wide.

U.S. Glass #94 dimensions are 1-1/2" tall and 3-5/8" diameter.
Wmoreland #1057 is 1-5/8" tall x 3-5/8" wide.
Fenton's #314 is 1-1/2" x 3-7/8"."
