Top Prize Cup & Saucer
This ruby cup and saucer is considered part of the "Top Prize" line by an unknown manufacturer. The pattern was featured in a photograph of a punch bowl on p. 13 in Hazel Marie Weatherman's 1974 Colored Glassware of the Depression Era 2 where it was captioned as "Top Prize" (unknown). To date, no company documentation has been found that identifies the manufacturer of this pattern or its official name.

The colors of the pieces that have been found--ruby, cobalt, amethyst, amber, and green--match those produced at New Martinsville. For that reason, the pattern is often attributed to New Martinsville. Another possible link to New Martinsville is the foot and dart pattern seen on a #43 Jug advertised in 1917 that was called "Icicle and Window," shown on p. 44 iin Measell New Martinsville Glass 1900-1944.
