7 1/2" comport with Silver Flower decoration. The decoration is shown on page 85 of Westmoreland Glass Volume 3 1888-1940 by Lorraine Kovar. She describes the decoration as being "Silver Flower- it's painted on then fired silver, which is not permanent. Usually found on black or black cased pieces."
