This is an advertising paperweight made by the La Flo Cut Glass Company. The company was in business in Cambridge Ohio from 1915-1935.
The words La Flo are engraved and gilded with gold. It measures 4 1/4" by 2 7/8". It is 3/4" tall. There are small ovals and circles cut on the outside edge.
