4 1/2" tall and 2 3/4" across at the opening. There are 5 holes in the knobby base. Of the five of these I picked up, there are two different markings. One is Reflex and the other is TM and both seem to have been made in Austria but have the same patent dates, of US Des Pat Mar 27, 06 and Reg US Pat Off Apr 03, 06.
