This has been tentatively attributed to Lancaster based on a line drawing on page 218 in Weatherman's "Colored Glassware of the Depression Era, 2" Weatherman named it the Yucca pattern.
The glass reacts strongly to black light and would be called Vaseline by collectors. Its 4 1/2" high and 4 1/2" diameter.
John P. Zastowney's book, "Lancaster Glass Company 1908-1937" shows actual photos of this pattern on page 197 and line drawings of it on page 198. The actual photo does not look like this piece at all but the line drawings are similar. In addition he does not list yellow, canary, or topaz as a possible color.
