Measures 4-1/8 inches tall, 2 inches in diameter at the opening and the base measures 2-1/16 inches in diameter.
The stem does not match any in the Fry book or on replacements.com. According to reports, it was identified as Fry at the 2011 Glass Gathering in Museum of Glass in West Virginia by a member of the H.C. Fry Society.
