I believe this 8-1/2" long milk glass bowl was made by Anchor Hocking after having bought the assets of Phoenix. Besides being totally undecorated, the obvious sign is the rim is rounded and has mold seams from a reworked mold, whereas the rim on a Phoenix piece from the original mold would be ground flat and polished.
