The perfume is shown on page 22 of RARE IMPERIAL GLASS PATTERNS by Myrna Garrison. It is shown as part of a dresser set with the note "....1941-1946 made for Irving W. Rice. Pattern is Zippered Heart.
It is also shown in an ad from 1940 as "Irice Presents "The Duchess" Vanity Set, Value Headliner for Easter Promotion". It is 9.5" tall! Shown on a matching tray with another perfume like this one and a powder jar. It also says "Made in an American Factory by artisans who for years operated the largest perfume bottle manufactory in Czechoslovakia".
