Utility Bi-Color Sherbet
Per forum member Jay George, this "sherbet was made by Utility Glass Works although it is quite often attributed to Tiffin by mistake.... Tiffin has a similar stem but the sides of Utility's bowl is much more vertical. It can be found in at least six sizes and in most of Utility’s more common single colors and color combinations.

It is one of the patterns I’m fairly confident in saying was continued by Sloan Bros. I have a pink and green example with the Sloan Bros label still attached. But given the quantity of the stems and the color combinations available, indications are it was made primarily by Utility. "
