Federal Sylvan ("Parrot") Plate
This pattern was produced for a very short period of time, 1931-1932. Federal was concerned about its durability - that the large blank spaces in the pattern would show the knife marks and customers would be unhappy. The company's name for the pattern is Sylvan, but collectors more commonly call it 'Parrot'.

It was produced in Green and Amber - and at least one piece has been found in blue.
