The plate is 12" in diameter. The glass is actually clear and has a blue satin or frosted wash on the underside. The center portion of the plate is clear glass.
The foot is an unusual shape, similar to one found on a Davies center handled server.
The decoration includes black with gold squiggles. The plate was sold with two Paden City #115 candlesticks with the same decoration. It is likely that the candlesticks and the footed plate were decorated as a set and sold by a decorating company.
