Oval "drops" are on glass candle cup. Different metal bases are known, one incorporates a red translucent bakelite layer on top of metal in the base, another has a conical red translucent base. There is also a triple version.

"Moondrops" is the name Hazel Weatherman used to identify this pattern. Some New Martinsville catalogs called it Georgian.
