Cocktail creamer is in Fostoria's Empire Green.It is 3 3/4 inches tall. It was also made in crystal, burgundy, Regal Blue, Silver Mist, and ruby. A similar piece was made without the spout and simply called a seafood cocktail. The creamer was sold as a set with a sugar which was the same as the seafood cocktail. Catalogs show the sugar and creamer set as #2497 1/2 but the sugar alone is still #2497.
