This is very similar to Imperial's Monticello pattern but the sugar in Monticello does not have a toothed rim.
Waffle Block is possibly the name used by Carnival collectors. This sugar is also found in marigold carnival glass. It is 6 blocks high making it slightly smaller than the regular sugar in these patterns and more than likely made as part of a berry set.
