Bucket has a wide band decoration similar to Wheeling's Headdress.
Decoration has been found ion a number of different Westmoreland blanks. It has not been found on a non-Westmoreland blank. Unlike the "Dearborn" decorations which predominately are found on Westmoreland blanks but can be found on other company's blanks such as Tiffin, Lancaster, etc., this appears to be a Westmoreland-only encrusted gold decoration from the 1910s. Westmoreland did apply gold and silver decorations during the West Brothers period of ownership per Charles West Wilson, "Westmoreland Glass", pages 182-205
