Vaseline dispenser is:
7-¼" tall, 6" in diameter at the widest with 20 vertical panes. Total height 13"
Pictured in David Peterson’s book: Vaseline Glass: Canary to Contemporary on page 38.
There are two sizes (at least) of this type, both are identical in shape and size at the bottom and top of the glass containers. The diameters at the center of the glass containers are different. The bases and lids are interchangeable. Shards have been found in amber. So far they have been found in: amber, amethyst, Vaseline and teal. Maker of the base and lids are unknown.
The teal version is shown in the thumbnail. Size is the same as the vaseline version, except that it is 5-1/2" in diameter at the widest.
Finding and identifying the complete dispenser came after the glass portion and the glass plus part of the metal fixture were discovered.
